종계 사육장, ⓒ안정현, 출처:http://blog.daum.net/kfem7000/8421468, 사진은 광림건설과 직접 관련 없음. 하도급업체에 대금을 제때 지급하지 않은 광림건설(주)이 공정거래위원회의 레이더망에 걸렸습니다. 공정거래위원회는 수급 사업자에게 하도급 대금과 지연이자를 지급하지 않은 광림건설에 시정명령을 결정했다고 5일 밝혔습니다. 광림건설은 논산 우곤리 첨단 종계사육사 신축 공사 중 판넬 공사를 위탁한 후, 2014년 12월부터 2015년 4월까지 5개월여간 시공한 기성 부분의 하도급 대금 5억6천만 원을 법정 지급기일 내에 지급하지 않은 사실이 적발됐습니다. 관련법인 하도급법에서는 목적물 수령일부터 60일 이내에 대금을 지급하도록 하고 있습니다. 또한 광림건설은 2014년 12월 기성 부분의 하도급 대금 1억 원을 수급 사업자에게 법정 지급기일이 경과한 이후에 지급하면서 초과 기간에 대한 지연이자 131만 원도 지급하지 않은 것으로 공정위 조사결과 확인됐습니다. 공정위는 광림건설에 하도급 대금 5억6천만 원과 더불어 지급 초과기간에 상응하는 지연이자 131만 원을 즉시 지급토록 하고 향후 재발방지 명령을 부과했습니다. 이번 조치는 원사업자의 경영 악화 등을 이유로 수급 사업자에게 하도급 대금과 지연이자를 지급하지 않은 행위를 시정명령한 것으로 유사한 사례 재발방지에 기여할 것으로 공정위는 기대하고 있습니다. 공정위는 하도급 대금을 지급하지 않은 행위를 지속적으로 점검하고, 위반 행위를 적발할 경우 엄중하게 제재할 계획이라고 전해습니다.  junatown@gmail.com
